What our guests ask

When can I check in and when do I have to check out?

Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m., and check-out is requested by 10:00 a.m.
If you would like to arrive earlier or depart later, please contact us—we will try to make it possible.

Are bed linen and towels included in the price?

Yes, bedding and towels are included in all houses. For longer stays, we offer fresh laundry upon request.

Are pets allowed?

Our homes are pet-free to accommodate guests with allergies. We appreciate your understanding.

Is there Wi-Fi in the vacation homes?

Yes, of course! All our houses have free Wi-Fi and smart TV or satellite TV.

Is there parking available on site?

Yes, each accommodation has at least one parking lot without extra costs. There are charging facilities for electric cars.

Are there any shops or restaurants nearby?

Yes, in just a few minutes you can reach supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants. After booking, you will receive an overview from us with recommendations and tips for the surrounding area.

How far are the houses from the water?

Our houses are located close to the lake shore or with direct access to the water – perfect for relaxing, walking, or boating.

How does the booking process work?

Simply send us your booking requests (accommodation and date), e.g. by email or via the contact form. We will then get back to you with a reservation confirmation and the booking agreement by email, as well as check-in details and information about your stay.
